The
cops investigating the death of small-screen actress Hemashree
have registered the case under 'death under suspicious
circumstances'. The doctors at the Forensic department of the
Victoria Hospital said that she had suffered injuries on her
head and face and they have sent samples to the forensic lab.
Hemashree's father has accused her husband Sudheendra Babu of
murdering her and lodged complaint against him. Cops have told
that the injury on her head appeared more like an assault and
not due to accident. Babu is now in police custody and the
investigations are on. It is also said that the deceased had
troubles with her marriage and she was willing to get separated
from Sudheendra Babu. However, Hemashree's friends have pointed
fingers at her parents for the mess, as they made her marry him
without enquiring his background.
It was evident after she filed complaint
against her hubby and parents the next day after the marriage.
It has to be noted that she had registered complaints against
him in more than one police station claiming that she does not
want to live with him.
Hemashree (26) and Sudheendra Babu (48) tied the knot on June
22, 2008 in Tirupathi. The age difference between the couple had
raised eyebrows after the actress lodged a complaint against her
hubby-parents claiming that she was not aware of his age and she
was cheated. However, surprisingly, she took back the complaint
the next day. The actress entered films as a child artiste and
acted in over 35 television serials. Sirivantha, Varsha, Marma,
Ugragami, Veera Parampare are her notable films. She ruled the
small-screen for about six years and gained popularity in Neere
Ninagondu Seere. |
